This session will focus on fostering an appreciation and love for writing for underprivileged students. As presenters, we will share strategies that other educators can take to their classrooms and immediately apply with their students. We will also provide tips on providing background knowledge to students who lack various experiences that will give them the appropriate tools to be successful writers.
