The number one factor in predicting a child’s academic success is the presence of positive teacher-student interactions. Teachers can be educated and equipped with the most effective teaching strategies, but if those teachers can’t build meaningful relationships with students, they will never be able move students to transformational Quad D learning. Learn the key strategies to shift from a culture focused on adults to a culture focused on students.
